5 Tips to keep you motivated & active during this Quarantine

Hey guys,
I hope you are all good and you are spending your time productively at home.

I’ve been receiving a lot of messages from you guys saying that you are finding it challenging to stay motivated & follow a consistent workout routine during this phase.
Well guess what, I’ve been feeling the same way and that is totally normal.
When we are uncertain & anxious, we find it hard to concentrate & find motivation.

So here are some tips that will help you stay active during this time:

Tip #1: Create a schedule for the week 🗒 🖊
Plan out your week, choose the days you usually used to work out in. Make sure to mark your rest days as well.

Tip #2: Choose the workouts that you will do
You can either join a live class on social media, video call a friend and workout together, try out that video you have saved.
The internet is flooded with videos & workout routines. Research and check out the ones that suit your level.

Tip #3: Get up and get dressed
Put on your favorite sneakers & prepare the equipment you need.
Do not exercise in your pajamas, putting on your active wear will give you a boost of energy & motivation.

Tip #4:MUSIC 🎶
Blast that music loud and let yourself go! My favorite type of music is Spanish music so I usually choose a playlist on Anghami or Youtube “Top Latin pop music”

Tip #5: Don’t forget to stay hydrated.
Water regulates your body temperature and lubricates your joints. It helps transport nutrients throughout the body and gives you the energy you need.
